From drawing to finished part
Based on your 3D model and technical drawing, we plan the machining strategy, fixturing and tool selection. CAM programs are prepared and parts are machined on a vertical machining center. Critical dimensions are checked during and after machining.
Precision rooted in toolmaking
Mold making demands close attention to dimensional accuracy and surface quality. We apply the same discipline, on the same machines and with the same team, to contract machining work. We also produce fixtures, jigs and machine spare parts.
Prototype and series machining
We offer fast turnaround on single development parts and machine approved parts in series through repeat orders. Programs and fixture setups are archived, so the same quality is maintained on every reorder.

Yes. We accept single-piece orders for prototypes or spare parts.
What should I send for a quote?+
A 3D model (STEP/IGES), a technical drawing (PDF) showing dimensions and tolerances, plus material and quantity information is sufficient.
Do you supply the material?+
We can source the material, or you can send your own.
I only have an old part and no drawing. What can I do?+
We can model the part using 3D scanning and reverse engineering, then machine it on our CNC equipment.
