From mold to finished part, under one roof
The biggest advantage of molding alongside the team that designed and built the mold is speed. Any issue seen during molding is resolved on the tooling side without delay. Part, mold and process are handled together.
Materials and process
We work with standard and engineering plastics such as PP, PE, ABS, PC, PA, POM, PMMA and TPE, as well as glass-fiber-reinforced and flame-retardant grades. Process parameters such as material drying, temperature and pressure settings are defined individually for each part and documented.
Samples, series production and delivery
Samples are produced first and submitted for your approval. Once approved, we move to series production; parts are inspected, packed to your requirements and shipped. If you bring your own mold, we inspect its condition and service it if necessary.

The minimum quantity depends on the part and the mold. Share your project and we will give you a clear answer.

Do you go into series production without samples?+
No. For every new part, samples are produced first, and series production begins only after your approval.
