Plastic Injection Mold Manufacturing
We machine your validated mold designs on our CNC equipment, assemble them and approve them through trial runs. Once your mold is in production, we continue to support it with maintenance and revisions.
Precision machining and assembly
Mold plates, cavity and core inserts and slides are produced by CNC machining. Machined components are dimensionally inspected; the ejector system, cooling channels and moving mechanisms are then assembled to complete the mold as a single unit.
Trial runs and approval
Once manufacturing is complete, the mold is tested on an injection molding machine. First samples are evaluated for dimensions and appearance, and fine adjustments are made where necessary. After you approve the samples, the mold is ready for series production. You can run production with us or take the mold to your own facility.
Maintenance, revisions and repair
Molds wear over their service life, and products change over time. We carry out periodic maintenance of your existing molds, replace worn components and implement revisions driven by product changes. We also support molds built by other toolmakers.
